| The
stringent FDA laws, followed by recent Schedule M, call
for the need of using metal detectors after tabletting
machine. Unfortunately, the discharge height of Tabletting
machines, in general, is insufficient to accommodate
a metal detector after a dedusting unit. Therefore,
a solution to overcome this is strongly desired by the
industry. |

Chamunda
Pharmaceutical Machinery takes the pride to introduce successfully
its Elevating Deduster model CPMEDB - 500. This works on the
principle of vibration, which causes elevating type movement
of the Tablets.
Due to vibrations, the tablets which are entering through
charging spout at bottom of spiral assembly moves upward in
spiral path and discharged through discharge outlet. Tablets
dedusting are performed as the tablets pass over multilevel
vibrating Spiral plates. The tablets vibrate and move upward
around the perforated spiral plates, until they move up through
discharge.
All contact parts
are made of highly mirror polished S.S. 316. All seals in
powder contact area are supplied in food grade nontoxic white
rubber or food grade nontoxic white silicon rubber.
The stand is made from stainless steel whose height is adjustable
for charging height (discharge from Tabletting machine) from
700 to 850 mm.
Elevating type
movement of the Tablets offers following advantages:
-
During
traveling in upward direction through approx. 4.7 meters
spiral path on vibrating perforated plates, dust will
fall down by gravity as well as peripheral dedusting through
holes of the perforated spiral plates. Elevating type
movement of tablets ensures that tablets approaches nearer
to discharge are almost absolutely dust free compared
to normal Deduster where cleaned tablet traveling downward
are receiving falling dust at every stage.
Options :
- RH or LH Discharge oreintation
with respect to charging chute can be supplied on demand.
- Charging height to suit table
press discharge height.
