Description :

The CHAMUNDA Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is compact & highly efficient machine with elegant look. This multifunctional multi featured machine meets the GMP requirements of washing for glass & plastic bottles. The machine operates on the Rotary principle with Automatic loading & unloading of bottles.
Operation :

From the inlet conveyor belt the bottle is carried to the inlet start wheel, which take bottle & bring it to the grippers clamp. The grippers clamp turn them upside down means Inverted position which place the bottle mouth over the nozzle. Where the fountain type nozzle will spray water inside the bottle in series & sequence of washes like inner, outer and Air spraying & clean thoroughly, afterwards bottle will come into again original position means vertical position and then clean containers are feed into the exit side conveyor with help of outer star wheel.

Now cleaned bottle will exit through the outlet conveyor & will place into the filling machine for further operation

Calculated on base of Maximum speed & size of Bottle 		First Wash :- 320 Ltrs/Hour Approx at 15 PSI.(Detergent Water)
Second Wash :- Minimum Consumption as such, water loss during recirculation shall be compensated.
Third Wash :- 500 Ltrs/Hour Approx at 15 PSI.
Fourth Wash :- 15 PSI (Air).
Out Side Wash :- 800 Ltrs/Hour Approx at 15 PSI (Ordinary Water).
